  • 1 lb fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar


  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium low heat.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes or until all the cranberries have popped and you have your deired consitancy.
  • Transfer to a glass bowl and refrigerate for atleast a couple hours.
