Orange Ginger Cranberry Sauce
The perfect condiment for a savory roast. Sweet, tart and slightly bitter.
- 1 lb fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium low heat.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until all the cranberries have popped and you have your deired consitancy.
Transfer to a glass bowl and refrigerate for atleast a couple hours.
